TB500MM Pan Back

The Travis Bean 500 Marcus McElwee (TB500MM) an instrument whose beautiful asymmetrical offset body is rivaled only by its comfort and playability. Based on the classic TB500 from the 1970s run, this guitar has been given new life and pays tribute its designer and the man who was Travis's right hand, Marc McElwee. The TB500MM is a 6-string semi-hollow body electric guitar with a 25.5 inch scale and 12 inch radius on the fretboard. The entire rear pan (headstock, neck and the rear half of the body) is machined from a solid billet of 7075-T651 aluminum; while the top half of the body is constructed of various woods (see below for available varieties and finishes) and features a slab body design.

The TB500MM comes standard with a rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl dot inlays, a fully adjustable Travis Bean bridge, your choice of knobs (see below for options) and Sperzel locking tuners.  The TB1000A features 2 signature balance Travis Bean humbucking pickups (constructed utilizing ALNICO 5 magnets) with independent volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch. The TB500MM is just as amazing as the man who designed it and will be delivered to you in an SKB Indestructible flight case.

TB1000A Pan Back

The Travis Bean 1000 Artist (TB1000A) is the flagship of the new Travis Bean Designs line of instruments. Its classically symmetrical body is both aesthetically pleasing as well as functional and balanced. The TB1000A is a 6-string semi-hollow body electric guitar with a 25.5 inch scale and 12 inch radius on the fretboard.  The entire rear pan (headstock, neck and the rear half of the body) is machined from a solid billet of 7075-T651 aluminum; while the top half of the body is constructed of various woods (see below for available varieties and finishes) and features a full three-dimensional carve.

The TB1000A comes standard with a rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl block inlays, a fully adjustable Travis Bean bridge, your choice of knobs (see below for options) and Sperzel locking tuners.  The TB1000A features 2 signature balance Travis Bean humbucking pickups (constructed utilizing ALNICO 5 magnets) with independent volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch.  This peak of class in the new Travis Bean line will be delivered to you in an SKB Indestructible flight case.

The Travis Bean 1000 Standard (TB1000S) is the workhorse of the new Travis Bean Designs line of instruments. The streamlined aesthetics of the TB1000S make it a straightforward machine that is made to be heard and then seen.  The TB1000S is a 6-string semi-hollow body electric guitar with a 25.5 inch scale and 12 inch radius on the fretboard. The entire rear pan (headstock, neck and the rear half of the body) is machined from a solid billet of 7075-T651 aluminum; while the top half of the body is constructed of various woods (see below for available varieties and finishes) and features a slab body design. The TB1000S is a classic reborn.

The TB1000S comes standard with a rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl dot inlays, a fully adjustable Travis Bean bridge, your choice of knobs (see below for options) and Sperzel locking tuners.  The TB1000A features 2 signature balance Travis Bean humbucking pickups (constructed utilizing ALNICO 5 magnets) with independent volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch. TB2000 Pan Back

The Travis Bean Designs TB2000 is the bass to end all basses. Featuring the same one-piece pan design, it is now possible to do so much more than you ever could before. We lengthened the scale to a full 34 inches to allow for more string vibration. With its reinterpretation of the classic TB string through bass bridge, you get everything you would expect from a TB2000 and so much more. The TB2000 is a 4-string semi-hollow body electric guitar with a 34-inch scale and 12 inch radius on the fretboard. The entire rear pan (headstock, neck and the rear half of the body) is machined from a solid billet of 7075-T651 aluminum; while the top half of the body is constructed of various woods (see below for available varieties and finishes) and features a slab body design. The resonance of the hollow neck and body make this version a classic unto itself.

The TB2000 comes standard with a rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl dot inlays, your choice of knobs (see below for options) and Sperzel locking tuners.  The TB2000 features 2 Travis Bean bass single coils (constructed utilizing ALNICO 5 magnets) in the new positions with independent volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way selector switch. Your bass will be delivered to you in an SKB Indestructible flight case.

The TB2000 pan back Bass will be available in Summer 2022
